These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CreditHire Assist platform ("Platform") provided by CaseFlow Automation Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Licence Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes in connection with credit hire claims management.

This licence is personal to you and the organisation ("Client") that holds the subscription under which your account was created. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your access to any third party.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform, including its AI models, prompts, algorithms, knowledge bases, or underlying logic.
  2. Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data, outputs, or content from the Platform by automated means or in quantities that exceed normal business use.
  3. Reproduce, copy, or redistribute the AI-generated outputs, case law analyses, or strategic guidance produced by the Platform for the purpose of creating a competing product or service.
  4. Attempt to discover or reconstruct the system prompts, knowledge base contents, case law databases, or any other proprietary information embedded within the Platform.
  5. Circumvent or disable any security, authentication, rate-limiting, or access-control mechanisms.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Platform. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are produced using our proprietary systems and may not be used to build or enhance any competing product.

For the avoidance of doubt: The curated legal knowledge base, liability guide, prompt engineering, and citation validation pipeline are proprietary trade secrets of CaseFlow Automation Ltd and are protected under applicable intellectual property and trade secret laws.

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns to detect violations of these Terms. If we reasonably believe that a violation has occurred, we may:

⚠️ Warning: Unauthorised scraping, reverse engineering, or redistribution of Platform outputs may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and/or a breach of the Trade Secrets (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2018.

7. Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and are registered with the ICO (ZC013423).

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is a decision-support tool. It does not provide legal advice. All AI-generated outputs are drafts that require review by a qualified professional before being relied upon or sent to any third party. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by your Client organisation in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
